MARC AURELIO GOUIN

Marc Aurelio Gouin svestrani je umjetnik; glumac, plesač, koreograf i pedagog; s više desetljeća iskustva na međunarodnoj sceni.

Svoje je umjetničko djelovanje ostvarivao u Italiji, Francuskoj, Španjolskoj, Njemačkoj, Rusiji, Grčkoj, Meksiku i Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama, surađujući s brojnim uglednim umjetnicima, kazalištima, plesnim kompanijama, festivalima i akademijama.

Posebno se ističe kao interpret i pedagog španjolskog klasičnog plesa i flamenka, ali njegov umjetnički izraz obuhvaća i suvremeni ples, kazalište, mjuzikl, glumu i glazbeno-scenske projekte.

Od 2011. godine član je Međunarodnog vijeća za ples (CID) pri UNESCO-u (International Dance Council – UNESCO).

Posjeduje izražen timski duh, emocionalnu inteligenciju, kreativnost, sposobnost prilagodbe različitim umjetničkim i pedagoškim okruženjima te razvijene organizacijske i komunikacijske vještine.

UMJETNIČKA KARIJERA

1984. – danas | Glumac, plesač i koreograf

Od 1984. godine aktivno djeluje na području kazališta, plesa i glazbenog kazališta, sudjelujući u brojnim međunarodnim produkcijama.

Mjuzikli i kazalište

Bio je glumac, plesač i voditelj plesnog ansambla (Dance Captain) u produkcijama:

  • La Cage aux Folles (1991.–1992.)
  • Cabaret (1993.–1994.)

u produkciji Compagnia della Rancia, pod redateljskim vodstvom Saverija Marconija.

Bio je i pomoćnik redatelja Saverija Marconija u produkciji mjuzikla Nine, izvedenoj u čuvenom kazalištu Folies Bergère u Parizu tijekom sezone 1997.

COMPAGNIA BAILE TEATRO ESPAÑOL

U travnju 1989. osnovao je vlastitu plesnu kompaniju Compagnia Baile Teatro Español.

Kompanija njeguje tradiciju španjolskog klasičnog plesa, istodobno je povezujući sa suvremenim umjetničkim izrazom i različitim plesnim stilovima.

GLAZBENI I SCENSKI PROJEKTI

U veljači 2000. snimio je album:

“Paradis Perdu – Un’evocazione musicale e poetica attorno all’universo di Jacques Prévert”

u aranžmanu i izvedbi Bruna Fontainea.

Dana 28. rujna iste godine sudjelovao je u scenskom projektu u Toulouseu (Francuska), u režiji Jean-Claudea Feugnetta.

Europska turneja započela je u Parizu u lipnju i srpnju 2001., s ukupno 40 izvedbi u kazalištu Théâtre Ciné 13 Claude Lelouch.

U travnju 2001. u Los Angelesu sudjelovao je u stvaranju i međunarodnoj turneji predstave “Passions Latines” umjetnice Julije Migenes.

U srpnju 2001. pridružio se Compagnia Zappalà Danza kao glumac i plesač u produkciji “Mediterraneo – Le antiche sponde del futuro”, pod vodstvom Roberta Zappalà.

U listopadu 2001. u kazalištu Omnia Megaron u Ateni nastupio je zajedno s francuskom glumicom Geneviève Page u predstavi:

“Promenades théâtrales – Quatre siècles de théâtre français”

u režiji Pierrea Constanta.

U studenome 2001. u Los Angelesu koreografirao je “Fantasia de Cante Jondo para Voz Flamenca y Orquesta”, na glazbu Enriquea Morentea, za Dance Arts Academy pod vodstvom Carle Lune.

MEĐUNARODNI NASTUPI I GOSTOVANJA

2002. – Madrid

U ožujku 2002. primio je priznanje i certifikat od uglednog madridskog centra:

Centro de Arte Flamenco y Danza Española Amor de Dios – Federación de Entidades del Flamenco de la Comunidad de Madrid

kao priznanje za 20 godina umjetničkog usavršavanja kod velikih majstora.

2004. – Los Angeles

  1. studenoga 2004. nastupio je kao gostujući umjetnik u Baldwin Park Performing Arts Centru u programu “Concierto Flamenco”, zajedno s pjevačem Jesúsom Montoyom i gitaristom Ginom D’Aurijem.

2005. – Sankt Peterburg

  1. ožujka 2005. nastupio je kao gost s umjetnicima Sankt-Peterburškog baleta u kazalištu Mussorgsky, u okviru međunarodnog festivala Dance Open.

2005. – Chania, Kreta

Od 13. do 18. srpnja sudjelovao je na međunarodnom plesnom natjecanju, vodio radionice i nastupio kao gostujući umjetnik.

Od 4. do 6. studenoga vodio je radionicu flamenka u Rodriguez Dance Academy, pod vodstvom Rogelija Rodrigueza.

2006. – Solun

Od 1. do 6. listopada održao je majstorski tečaj flamenka.

  1. travnja nastupio je kao gost na Stars Gala Concertu i djelovao kao majstor flamenka u okviru festivala Dance Open.

2008. – Houston

U travnju 2008. nastupio je kao gostujući umjetnik s Rodriguez Flamenco Company u programu:

“España y México en Concierto”

u režiji Rogelija Rodrigueza.

2008. – Alba

U rujnu 2008. sudjelovao je u snimanju filma “The Death of the Virgin”, redatelja Josepha Tita.

2009. – Mexico City

U travnju 2009. održao je majstorski tečaj flamenka na Monterrey Universityju.

2009. – Milano

U svibnju 2009. djelovao je kao majstor flamenka i koreograf u televizijskoj emisiji “Italian Academy” na kanalu RAI2.

2009. – Laredo, Texas

U lipnju 2009. održao je majstorski tečaj na Texas A&M International Universityju.

Od rujna do studenoga 2009. tumačio je lik Roberta Kempesa u popularnoj televizijskoj seriji “CentoVetrine”.

  1. listopada 2010. bio je član žirija finala plesnog natjecanja “DanzAsì” u kazalištu Teatro Massimo.

2011. – Lyon

  1. i 23. siječnja 2011. sudjelovao je u produkciji “Carmen Ballet” u Théâtre de la Bourse u Lyonu kao su-koreograf i izvođač u ulozi Escamilla.

Od 3. do 5. svibnja održao je majstorski tečaj flamenka.

2014. – Jersey

  1. srpnja nastupio je kao gostujući umjetnik zajedno s plesnom partnericom Silvijom Di Sabatino.

2015. – Paros, Grčka

  1. i 5. kolovoza nastupio je kao gostujući umjetnik s Trinidad Artiguez na Festivalu flamenka.

  1. ožujka objavio je glazbeni album:

2018. – Barcelona

Od 22. lipnja do 1. srpnja 2018. bio je predsjednik žirija finala Dance World Cupa 2018.

2019. – Sardinija

  1. listopada 2019. održana je nacionalna premijera njegova novog projekta:

“Varias Lunas – Estampas Flamencos in Concerto”

2024./2025. – Madrid

U Teatro Flamenco de Madrid sudjelovao je u stvaranju i izvedbi projekta:

“Di Vinos – Un Concerto sofisticato: maridaje perfecto de Vino y Castañuelas”

koji je tijekom sezone izvodio zajedno s Teresom Laiz i Maribel “La Sultana”.

PEDAGOŠKI RAD

Od listopada 1990. do danas djeluje kao profesor umjetnosti izvedbe – plesa i kazališta u privatnim školama i na sveučilištima.

U svom pedagoškom radu:

  • vodi interaktivnu nastavu u učionici, radionici i online okruženju;
  • potiče aktivno sudjelovanje učenika;
  • provodi individualnu i grupnu nastavu, prilagođavajući metode različitim potrebama;
  • surađuje s nastavnim i administrativnim osobljem na razvoju obrazovnih strategija;
  • organizira radionice i seminare za stručno usavršavanje;
  • organizira izvanškolske umjetničke, sportske i kreativne aktivnosti;
  • podučava učenike različitih dobnih i obrazovnih razina;
  • razvija plesnu tehniku i scenski izraz;
  • prilagođava koreografije prema prostoru, redateljskim i pedagoškim zahtjevima;
  • surađuje s koreografima na stvaranju novih plesnih djela;
  • vodi i oblikuje plesne predstave;
  • sudjeluje u izboru kostima, glazbe, scenskih efekata i plesnog ansambla.

GLUMA I SCENSKA UMJETNOST

Kao glumac primjenjuje različite tehnike glume, uključujući:

  • vokalnu interpretaciju;
  • gestikulaciju;
  • improvizaciju;
  • karakterizaciju lika;
  • rad s glasom;
  • govor tijela;
  • tjelesnu ekspresiju;
  • scensko kretanje;
  • razvijanje scenske prisutnosti.

Sudjelovao je u međunarodnim filmskim i kazališnim produkcijama, tumačio glavne i sporedne uloge te radio kao pomoćnik redatelja.

Također je sudjelovao u snimanju televizijskih i filmskih projekata, reklamnih spotova, fotografskih snimanja, intervjua i konferencija za medije.

KOREOGRAFIJA I PLES

Njegov plesni rad obuhvaća španjolski klasični ples, flamenco, suvremeni ples i druge plesne stilove.

Kao koreograf:

  • stvara autorske koreografije za solističke i grupne izvedbe;
  • prilagođava koreografije različitim scenskim prostorima;
  • surađuje s redateljima, koreografima i pedagozima;
  • razvija nove plesne projekte;
  • sudjeluje u postavljanju plesnih sekvenci za kazališne i filmske produkcije;
  • podučava različite plesne stilove;
  • sudjeluje u međunarodnim radionicama i majstorskim tečajevima;
  • prati i procjenjuje rad plesača te prilagođava koreografije potrebama predstave.

Marc Aurelio Gouin is a versatile artist — actor, dancer, choreographer and teacher — with several decades of experience on the international stage.

He has carried out his artistic work in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, Greece, Mexico and the United States, collaborating with numerous renowned artists, theatres, dance companies, festivals and academies.

He stands out in particular as an interpreter and teacher of Spanish classical dance and flamenco, but his artistic expression also encompasses contemporary dance, theatre, musicals, acting and music-theatre projects.

Since 2011 he has been a member of the International Dance Council (CID) at UNESCO.

He possesses a strong team spirit, emotional intelligence, creativity, the ability to adapt to different artistic and pedagogical environments, and well-developed organizational and communication skills.

1984 – present | Actor, dancer and choreographer

Since 1984 he has been actively active in the field of theatre, dance and musical theatre, taking part in numerous international productions.

Musicals and theatre

He was an actor, dancer and Dance Captain in the productions:

  • La Cage aux Folles (1991–1992)
  • Cabaret (1993–1994)

produced by Compagnia della Rancia, under the directorial leadership of Saverio Marconi.

He also served as assistant director to Saverio Marconi in the production of the musical Nine, performed at the famous Folies Bergère theatre in Paris during the 1997 season.

COMPAGNIA BAILE TEATRO ESPAÑOL

In April 1989 he founded his own dance company, Compagnia Baile Teatro Español.

The company cultivates the tradition of Spanish classical dance while simultaneously connecting it with contemporary artistic expression and various dance styles.

In February 2000 he recorded the album:

arranged and performed by Bruno Fontaine.

On 28 September of the same year he took part in a stage project in Toulouse (France), directed by Jean-Claude Feugnet.

In March 2002 he received recognition and a certificate from the renowned Madrid centre:

On 29 March 2005 he performed as a guest with the artists of the Saint Petersburg Ballet at the Mussorgsky Theatre, as part of the international Dance Open festival.

On 11 April he performed as a guest at the Stars Gala Concert and served as flamenco master within the Dance Open festival.

2008 – Houston

In October 2011 he took part in the final gala evening of the dance competition “DanzAsì” at the Auditorium del Massimo as a jury member and special guest artist with the Compagnia Baile Teatro Español.

2012 – Laredo

From 28 February to 4 March 2012 he was a special guest at the American College Dance Festival Association at Texas A&M International University.

On 26 March he performed at the Théâtre des Variétés in Paris in the musical:

2012 – San Diego

In November 2012 he held a flamenco workshop at the DanzArts Studio, and on 10 November he performed as a guest in a flamenco show at the C3 Performance Arts Center.

PEDAGOGICAL WORK

From October 1990 to the present he works as a professor of performing arts – dance and theatre – at private schools and universities.

ACTING AND STAGE ART

As an actor he applies various acting techniques, including:

  • vocal interpretation;

  • stage movement;
  • the development of stage presence.

He has taken part in international film and theatre productions, played leading and supporting roles, and worked as an assistant director.

CHOREOGRAPHY AND DANCE

His dance work encompasses Spanish classical dance, flamenco, contemporary dance and other dance styles.

As a choreographer he:

  • creates original choreographies for solo and group performances;
  • adapts choreographies to different stage spaces;
  • collaborates with directors, choreographers and teachers;
  • develops new dance projects;
  • takes part in staging dance sequences for theatre and film productions;
  • teaches various dance styles;
  • takes part in international workshops and masterclasses;
  • monitors and assesses the work of dancers and adapts choreographies to the needs of the production.
